Phoebe probably weighed 10 to 15 lbs - just a tiny little babe. Sweet and loveable beyond words.

Phoebe was rescued from a kill shelter in Northern California by a woman who does her own rescue. She called us claiming Phoebe was a schnauzer mix and had given her a schnauzer cut and sent a bad picture that you couldn't tell. But Phoebe definitely was not a schnauzer nor was she even a mix. But we are a rescue none the less.

Phoebe lived with in foster care for a year prior to being adopted. Then a year later that family had a personal crisis and Phoebe came back to live in foster care. About six months later we found Ellen and Phoebe had a wonderful new home.

Phoebe went to the rainbow bridge on July 26, 2016. She was well loved.
