Lucy's Happy Tail....
With soulful eyes
Lucy came to us, beautiful, shy, confused! She has big soulful eyes and the sweetest disposition we have ever seen in a schnauzer. Her former family had two schnauzers and a pit bull, and the Mom was going to have a baby. Mom was concerned about Lucy around children, so gave up this wonderful 4 1/2 year old - to our delight!
Lucy fell in love with us, and we with her, so very fast. We found out she had bladder stones, and saw her through surgery and recovery. Now she is with her new family, and although we cried when she left, we know she is in good hands and the Queen of all she surveys!

Lucy Update
Greetings from Lucy's house!
Lucy, waiting for a treat
Just wanted you to know how much we've enjoyed having Lucy. She's been such a joy and constant companion to us. Her bonding to us has really been special; especially to me. She has really become my dog and she loves others, but looks for me. Although she will "lap-sit" with others, she eventually ends up with me.
So I thought I would report in as her birthday is coming up (#5) near the end of November and we've had her for 1 and 1/2 years. We are looking forward, with great anticipation, to many more years with this little friend.
Thanks again for your organization and the benefit of Lucy that we derived from it!
Happy Birthday Lucy!!
